Preparation and filing of annual federal and state information returns

We prepare your non-profit organization’s federal information forms (Form 990 or 990EZ) for tax-exempt organizations in a timely manner based on the financial information you provide us with.  We perform due diligence on your financial information, making sure such information is in appropriate form for the government, and that all questions on the information form are properly answered. We also prepare the required state information form (i.e., the Massachusetts Attorney General’s office state requires an annual Form PC), and the Annual Report to the Secretary of State, if necessary.
